2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn (except for trying on), clean, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, accessories (lens cloths, cases, instruction materials, etc.), and tags must be included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription lenses once installed or modified.
  • Any eyewear showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Custom or personalized frames that reflect unique design specifications.

4. Return Process

If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.

Ship the item to us within 7 calendar days of receiving your RA#, using a trackable method.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, credited to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as new orders. Approved returns can be exchanged for another available style.

If the exchanged item is of higher value, the difference must be paid. If lower, a refund for the difference is issued (minus any applicable restocking fee).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect all packages immediately upon arrival.
  • To report damage or defects, email us within 10 days of delivery, including your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.
